Rork is the fastest way to build a cross-platform mobile app with natural language. We’re the leading company in the US in this category, and we’re hiring more part-time help for Customer Support that we’re going to transform in a full-time role.

Support Specialists are responsible for replying to basic support tickets (cancellations, refunds, etc.), labeling requests by tags like “feature request”, “documentation needed”, etc. and passing over important information to the founders & engineers.

This role is perfect for Support Specialists with technical background, especially in React Native (if you’re a React Native engineer who loves to help people please check out Founding Support Engineer)
